Pastor and Leaders (PALs) was designed upon Pastor Young's leadership to ensure that collaborative support and planning was established between the pastor and ministry leaders. By developing this team-based approach, a system has been established to improve dialogue and efforts to reach souls as NGBC reaches lost souls for Christ. The emphasis in planning among leaders is total commitment to the mission statement .
PALs allows the church ministry to do great things for Christ by specializing in the small things. There are four "bits" that is an area of focus:
- Broadened support
- Improved communication
- Team-based planning
- Shared vision
PALs will meet the 2nd Tuesday of February, May, August, and November (beginning of our fiscal year) at 5:45 pm. All ministry leaders and special program leaders are asked to be present at all meetings.
